Our Family...

Our family has been making soap for years and sharing with our friends.  We have also been in the woodworking business for over 25 years.  We decided to create our little company and share our love of soapmaking and woodworking with you.

About Us & Our Products

Preserving Your Soap & Wood Dish

Our Wood Soap Dish is a great way to keep your handmade soap dry.  A dry bar of soap will last longer.  Never place a handmade bar of soap in a dish that does not allow the water to drain properly.  Our wood soap dishes are unfinished to allow the customer to decide what finish to use or not to use.  We suggest using a mineral oil or a mineral oil/wax blend especially made for cutting boards.  Please make sure the product is food grade safe.  Never use straight olive oil or cooking oil on your wood soap dish, these oils can go rancid.  You may use your dish without the mineral oil or mineral oil blend, but the soaps may stick to the dish.  To remove soap residue, quickly scrub your dish under running warm water and allow to air dry.  Never place your wood dish in the dishwasher or submerge your dish in the sink.  To disinfect and clean your wood soap dish, wipe it with full-strength white vinegar.  The acetic acid in the vinegar is a good disinfectant, and is especially good for people with chemical allergies.
